Innoventa was established by a Project Manager with hands-on expertise in overseeing building safety remediation programs per the Building Safety Act 2022.

The Internal Remediation Gateway 2 process, initiated by the Building Safety Regulator, aims to ensure safety in higher-risk buildings. However, it has created a complex framework that many building owners, developers, and housing associations struggle to navigate, not due to unreasonable requirements but because of the intricate guidance, stringent procedures, and lack of specialised knowledge.

Our mission is to bridge this gap. We act as your representative throughout the gateway 2 submission process, reviewing every document your consultants produce, identifying gaps and errors before they reach the BSR, managing the revision cycle, and signing off the final pack as submission-ready. Once submitted, we support you through any Requests for Information the regulator raises.
